چکیده
Unraveling the assembly mechanism is a core research topic of microbial ecology. Abundant and rare communities are crucial for diversity, function host health in given ecosystem, but few studies focused on their strategies. Here, we explored diversity abundant water, shrimp intestine sediment habitats cultural ponds. Our results found that numbers operational taxonomic units (OTUs) (6,003, 4,566 8,237 OTUs sediment) was dozens times more than ones (only 199, 157 122 sediment). The community taxa markedly different, as well composition. Despite different similar abundance-occupancy relationship biogeographic patterns between were observed, with much stronger obvious distance-decay relationships community. Furthermore, stochastic processes dominated assemblies both taxa, deterministic process contributed variation to taxa. All findings advance our understanding strategies prompt contributions aquatic ecosystems, which will improve aquaculture management strategy.

Algal Toxins in Pond Aquaculture
Algal toxins are organic molecules produced by a variety of algae in marine, brackish and fresh waters, as well as on wet soils (Falconer, 1993). They are a problem in aquaculture when they are produced in sufficient quantities, with sufficient potency, to kill cultured organisms, decrease feeding and growth rates, cause food safety issues, or adversely affect the quality of the product (Shumwa...
متن کاملPatterns of Rare and Abundant Marine Microbial Eukaryotes
BACKGROUND Biological communities are normally composed of a few abundant and many rare species. This pattern is particularly prominent in microbial communities, in which most constituent taxa are usually extremely rare. Although abundant and rare subcommunities may present intrinsic characteristics that could be crucial for understanding community dynamics and ecosystem functioning, microbiolo...

A microbial technique of biocontrol using the interaction of microorganisms to repress the growth of deleterious bacteria and viruses was deveioped. The bacterial strain used in this work also improved the growth of fishes and crustaceans. متن کاملThiohalocapsa marina sp. nov., from an Indian marine aquaculture pond.
A spherical-shaped, phototrophic, purple sulfur bacterium was isolated in pure culture from anoxic sediment in a marine aquaculture pond near Bheemli (India). Strain JA142T is Gram-negative and non-motile. It has a requirement for NaCl (optimum of 2% and maximum of 6% w/v NaCl). Intracellular photosynthetic membranes are of the vesicular type. In vivo absorption spectra indicate the presence of...
متن کاملDesign and Application of a Solar Mobile Pond Aquaculture Water Quality-Regulation Machine Based in Bream Pond Aquaculture
Bream pond aquaculture plays a very important role in China's aquaculture industry and is the main source of aquatic products. To regulate and control pond water quality and sediment, a movable solar pond aquaculture water quality regulation machine (SMWM) was designed and used. This machine is solar-powered and moves on water, and its primary components are a solar power supply device, a sedim...
